Amicus Construction was awarded the Hebel panelling, internal partitions and ceilings package to complete the new 9 floor building, with 116 apartments. The second part of our contract consisted of refurbishment works to the attached existing heritage site, converting it into commercial office and penthouse suites.
Logistics of the prefabricated bathrooms to set locations was a challenge due to restricted services from Ground floor onwards.
Open and coordinated communication with all trades was a key factor for a successful outcome to daily challenges.
