Arena North Building (Stage 2)

Arena North was a 15 storey, 155 apartment building situated right in front of Newcastle Beach. The design and construct package with a very tight budget was awarded to Amicus with the following scope of works: ceilings & partitions, SpeedPanel, external façade cladding (Vitrapnel).

Being right in front of the beach, directly in the path of a very corrosive environment, the external façade design was a challenge that Amicus designed and constructed in order for it to withstand the weather and corrosive conditions.
